CANCELATION POLICY

As you know, business in the Real Estate world has kept us very busy. My schedule has been full week after week and for that I am extremely grateful! It becomes tricky when I have to turn down the opportunity to film or shoot a property or multiple properties only to have my current schedule canceled the day of or the day before. That does not fairly serve all the clients I strive to please.

I believe the time has come for me to instate a cancelation policy to ensure that my time is wisely used shooting properties and not missing out on homes that I previously did not have the time in the schedule to commit to. This protects my time and ensures you receive the quickest possible turn around on photos and videos.

The policy will be as follows:
- up to 25% of project rescheduling fee- if rescheduling less than 48 hours before agreed upon date/time.

- up to 50% of project cancelation fee- if canceling less than 48 hours before agreed upon date/time.

This policy will be up to my discretion as I do understand many times there are reasons out of everyone's control for cancelling or rescheduling, but should help to keep cancelations to a minimum. My hope is that having a policy will give me a greater ability to serve you.
